I work and coach at the intersection of Creativity, Productivity, and Spirit.

‍
When those three domains align, work not only becomes fun, it becomes the journey in which we experience life.
As I integrate principles for living a creative life and creating work that's meaningful and nourishing, I also create the environment for others to live a creative, meaningful life.
‍

Below are some of my thoughts on these three arenas and the perspective I take when setting goals, dissolving roadblocks, and creating success.

Creativity

  • Creativity isn't a talent, it's a space or state of being that is natural to all. Without it, we wouldn't exist and function. We are never "not creative" people. Creativity is our essence.
    ‍
  • Our creativity is usually buried under the clutter of everyday thinking, conditioning towards linear analysis, and the exhaustion of exposing our minds to an infinite stream of news, ideas, and other communications.
    ‍
  • When our creativity fuels our productivity, we shift from being primarily consumers to being generators and contributors. We each create a legacy moment-to-moment and legacy is the energetic substance that shapes our world. Β

‍
Productivity

  • Productivity isn't just getting things done, it's doing the things in life that matter the most to us.
    ‍
  • Productivity isn't perfection, and it's not always about efficiency. Sometimes the most effective way to DO something is messy and inefficient because learning and growth can be messy and inefficient.
    ‍
  • Our hurdles to productivity are not simply logistical. We have emotions, motives, and face both inner and outer resistance. We are designed to navigate these roadblocks and with practice we can do it with ease!

‍
Spirit

  • We are spiritual beings living in a physical world, and our job is not to rise above it but to love the world so much that we make it a better place by being here and participating in it.
    ‍
  • Spirit and the Sacred are inherent to all. Shifting our perspective from dominance and control to respect and cooperation fosters the partnerships that nourish us on the spiritual level.
    ‍
  • Our job is to bring more of the sacred into the physical world every day, to express ourselves in ways that lift others up, and to align to a deeper wholeness both within ourselves and with the world around us.
